Own the life cycle of negotiating agreements with vendors to support Catalant’s engineering, marketing, sales, sales operations, human resources, and other functions.
Coordinate the administration and management of vendor and customer contracts, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various contracts (e.g., non-disclosure agreements, statements of work, consulting agreements, etc.), and escalating critical issues and requests for approval of non-standard terms to business stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Legal and Security teams to assess and manage risks associated with new vendor engagements.
Engage and develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including finance, engineering, product, marketing, sales, sales operations and people teams, as needed to identify issues, advise on business and legal risks, and resolve issues to closeout vendor and customer agreements.
Identify process improvements and help build scalable solutions to continuously improve Catalant’s procurement processes (e.g., development of templates, policies, procedures, tools, training programs, etc.).
Play an important role in fostering awareness and ensuring compliance with vendor procurement processes and contractual obligations across the company.
Undertake other projects as required as part of a small legal team.
