The Brand and Content Lead will manage the brand presence and video content for FutureFit AI, focusing on consistency and impactful storytelling across platforms, particularly LinkedIn. Responsibilities include overseeing video production, written content creation, and collaboration with marketing teams.

Leads FutureFit AI’s product organization, managing four product and design leaders while owning the integrated roadmap, capacity planning, product metrics, operating cadences, strategy documentation, competitive analysis, and executive, board, customer, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. Translates company strategy into sequenced, resourced product delivery and develops operating systems that improve predictability, decision-making, and execution.

Lead complex technology implementations from scoping through delivery across internal teams, customers, and third-party partners. Own timelines, dependencies, risks, governance, change control, technical integration design, stakeholder communication, and delivery artifacts. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Customer Success, and public-sector customers to ensure high-quality, on-time outcomes. Help build scalable professional services processes and delivery playbooks.
