Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure health-data systems. Code and mentor engineering teams, drive cross-functional projects end-to-end, solve complex technical problems, and advance data integration and AI-enabled services.

Build and operate production agentic AI systems that convert longitudinal health data into actionable recommendations. Responsibilities include architecting stateful agent workflows, integrating LLMs and multimodal models, implementing retrieval and memory layers, ensuring production readiness and observability, standing up eval pipelines, optimizing cost/latency, and mentoring engineers while partnering with clinicians and cross-functional teams.

Manage schedules, coordinate communications and travel for CPTO and VP, provide administrative support, and help build company culture.
