The Senior People Business Partner advises leaders on organizational effectiveness, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, talent decisions, and organizational change. The role conducts investigations, coaches leaders, develops performance improvement plans, manages sensitive employee matters, and partners with People Team functions across the United States and Canada. It requires strong business judgment, knowledge of Canadian employment practices, and the ability to balance strategic consultation with hands-on execution.

Drive new-logo sales of hospitality software and services by prospecting SMB and mid-market clients, conducting discovery, presenting tailored demos, managing pipelines, negotiating contracts, forecasting results, and collaborating with marketing, product, leadership, and customer success teams.

Lead engineering execution and organizational capability for a cloud-based PMS. Drive predictable delivery, platform reliability, modernization, AI-enabled developer productivity, standardized practices, and cross-business platform strategy while growing and developing engineering teams.
