Generate and qualify B2B leads for the sales pipeline through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and research. Schedule meetings, maintain CRM records, collaborate with sales and marketing, and report on lead activities while providing market feedback to product and marketing teams.

The VP of Operations oversees all operations for Appliance Business Units, ensuring revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and leading multidisciplinary teams.
