Lead engineering execution and organizational capability for a cloud-based PMS. Drive predictable delivery, platform reliability, modernization, AI-enabled developer productivity, standardized practices, and cross-business platform strategy while growing and developing engineering teams.

Build and design backend services, AI agents, and machine learning models. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver AI features and maintain code quality.

Prepare and reconcile SaaS revenue recognition under ASC 606, maintain deferred and receivable reconciliations, investigate billing discrepancies, prepare journal entries and supporting documentation, support audits, and collaborate with Billing, Finance, and Operations to improve revenue and billing processes across NetSuite and Zuora platforms.

Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled and automated People solutions and analytics. Partner with HR stakeholders to create Workday reports, dashboards, compensation models, and AI workflows (Claude, Copilot, Spiff). Own solution lifecycle from discovery through implementation, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement to increase efficiency and decision-making.

Own and prioritize the RBCloud product backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, plan sprints and releases, coordinate release readiness with cross-functional teams, engage customers and stakeholders for requirements and feedback, and track delivery metrics to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.

Manage prepaid expense amortization, record GL transactions (accruals, intercompany, allocations), perform month-end/quarterly/year-end close, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, support audits and M&A integrations, implement accounting process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Lead architecture and evolution of Microsoft 365 collaboration and enterprise identity. Define technical strategy and standards, design secure scalable identity and conditional access solutions, govern M365 AI and Copilot usage, oversee acquisition onboarding and migrations, drive automation and IaC, collaborate with security and infrastructure teams, and mentor engineers.

Lead strategy and operations for compensation, benefits, sales incentives, leave, and workers' compensation across the U.S. and Canada. Design and optimize Total Rewards programs, manage vendors and platforms (Workday, Salesforce Spiff), partner with finance and business leaders, run market analyses and M&A due diligence, and build scalable processes, governance, reporting, and metrics to improve efficiency and employee experience.
