Lead client-facing finance transformation engagements to optimize finance functions through operating model design, process improvement, automation and AI. Manage project teams and client relationships, deliver high-quality recommendations and tools, identify value-creation opportunities across G&A, support business development, and coach junior staff.

Lead delivery of corporate finance advisory for power, renewables, and energy transition engagements. Manage project workstreams and staff, develop project approaches, resolve issues, and prepare major client deliverables. Oversee financial analysis, financial modeling, client engagement execution, and ensure high-quality client service. Travel to clients and offices as needed.

Leads the design, configuration, and implementation of Workiva GRC solutions across ERM, SOX, internal controls, audit, compliance, policies, and IT risk. Advises senior stakeholders, translates risk and regulatory requirements into scalable platform solutions, ensures architecture quality, trains junior consultants, and supports demonstrations, proposals, and pricing. The role requires extensive hands-on Workiva implementation experience, consulting expertise, and strong knowledge of enterprise risk management, internal audit, controls, and SOX compliance.
