Provides strategic HR consultation and support for assigned client groups in a matrixed organization. Advises managers and employees on employee relations, organizational development, recruitment, performance management, succession planning, training, policies, compliance, and employment law. Tracks HR performance indicators, resolves complex workplace issues, supports affirmative action reporting, mentors staff, and may represent the company in employment-related claims hearings. Travel may be required up to 25%.

Provides senior legal counsel for a value-based healthcare business, advising on provider and payer relationships, healthcare and telehealth regulations, fraud and abuse laws, compliance programs, marketing and advertising materials, and commercial contracts. The role researches regulatory developments, develops policies and training, negotiates agreements, assesses business risks, guides stakeholders, and manages outside counsel. Requires strong healthcare legal expertise, independent leadership, and experience in fast-paced healthcare or telehealth environments.

Lead and operate the global human rights due diligence and sustainability compliance program, ensuring regulatory-aligned reporting (LkSG, CSDDD, CSRD/ESRS), risk analysis, supplier due diligence, grievance remediation, training, and senior management reporting. Act as subject-matter expert, coordinate cross-functionally, and continuously improve processes, policies, and tools to meet legal and reporting obligations.
