Supports strategic planning, portfolio coordination, governance, and execution of Global People Analytics & Experience initiatives. Develops project plans, roadmaps, status updates, executive materials, and communications while coordinating cross-functional workstreams. Applies industrial-organizational psychology, people analytics, stakeholder feedback, and evidence-based practices to improve organizational effectiveness and project outcomes. Partners with HR leaders, COEs, and analytics teams, leads initiatives independently, and supports change management and continuous improvement.

Develops and delivers training for revenue cycle employees, including presentations, simulations, communications, and job aids. Supports process standardization across revenue centers, evaluates training needs, maintains training strategies, performs quality assurance checks, and collaborates with cross-functional teams. The role requires healthcare revenue cycle knowledge, strong communication and presentation skills, project management abilities, and travel of up to 25%.

Provides strategic legal counsel on healthcare, regulatory, compliance, and commercial matters. Leads internal investigations involving legal and policy violations, including investigation strategy, interviews, eDiscovery, findings, and recommendations. Advises on healthcare fraud and abuse laws, privacy, reimbursement integrity, medical device requirements, and risk mitigation. Represents the company before regulators, monitors legal developments, manages external counsel, supports senior leadership, and mentors legal staff.
