The role also mentors junior staff, reviews workpapers, supports engagement delivery, and advises clients on PCI DSS requirements and cardholder data security.

Manages CMMC Level 1 and Level 2 readiness, gap analysis, and certification engagements from scoping through reporting. Advises executives on CUI/FCI scoping, remediation, and certification timelines; directs NIST SP 800-171 assessments; reviews technical evidence and deliverables; manages budgets, staffing, quality, and client relationships. Supervises consultants, supports proposals and business development, develops CMMC methodologies, and represents the practice through thought leadership and industry events.

Leads government contractor accounting and advisory engagements, advising clients on FAR, DCAA, Cost Accounting Standards, indirect rates, cost allowability, financial reporting, incurred cost submissions, budgeting, forecasting, and proposal pricing. Manages client relationships, compliance assessments, audit readiness, engagement profitability, business development, and team development while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
