Assist clients in booking cruises, all‑inclusive resorts, and holiday packages; research destinations and offers; recommend deals; support travelers from booking through return; complete supplier training and certifications.

Coordinate client travel itineraries by booking transportation, accommodations, and activities; advise on destinations, local customs, and events; handle payments and booking changes; resolve travel issues; and stay current on tourism trends to provide excellent customer service.
