Drive cloud marketplace strategy, private offers, co-sell motions, partner programs, joint go-to-market campaigns, and cloud-sourced pipeline. Build relationships with cloud sellers, reseller and MSP partners, and internal sales teams to accelerate procurement and deals. Track partnership KPIs, marketplace transactions, pipeline influence, and partner engagement.

Own technical customer engagement across evaluations, proofs of value, deployment, troubleshooting, and renewals. Configure customer environments, support identity, SSO, email, and allowlisting requirements, lead technical workshops, and translate complex issues into clear solutions. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to drive revenue, retention, and expansion. Document recurring challenges and create scalable playbooks and insights.

Own the full partner lifecycle for managed service providers, from prospecting and contracting through launch, expansion, and renewal. Recruit and close MSP partners, help them package and sell Frame’s cybersecurity offering, drive customer deployments, build joint growth plans, manage executive relationships, and achieve recurring revenue, activation, retention, and expansion targets. Contribute to scalable partner processes, playbooks, enablement, and cross-functional improvements.
