The Learning & Development Manager leads the strategy for employee training, enhances team performance, and fosters continuous learning to improve guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting.

Assist the Director of Engineering in hotel and building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, steam, gas, fire/safety, refrigeration, painting). Respond to maintenance inquiries, ensure guest satisfaction, follow Four Seasons policies, and supervise operations and schedule coverage.
