Manages accounting operations under the Assistant Director of Finance, including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations, payroll, accounts payable, income audit, and general cashiering. Supervises Finance Department functions while ensuring compliance with local and corporate policies. The role requires a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Two to five years of Finance Department experience is required, preferably in a hotel.

Assists the Director of People and Culture in leading HR strategy and daily operations at Four Seasons Hotel Boston. Oversees benefits administration, recruitment and retention, compensation and wage administration, employee relations, learning and development, and local diversity initiatives while helping deliver an exceptional employee experience and workplace culture.

Maintain the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations, assist the Assistant Director of Finance, and supervise payroll, accounts payable, and cashiering. Ensure compliance with local and corporate policies and support finance department operations including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
