Leads and scales the design operations capability for digital products, reports, portals, and related experiences. Owns design governance, tooling, workflows, standards, intake, resource planning, quality, and design-to-development handoff. Coordinates internal and external designers while providing hands-on design support. Partners with product and engineering teams, improves Figma and InDesign workflows, manages reusable assets and templates, facilitates design reviews, and forecasts design capacity and specialized resource needs.

Leads engineering enablement across DevOps platforms, cloud infrastructure, SDLC tooling, architecture governance, DevSecOps, software quality, compliance, and developer productivity. Establishes engineering standards, secure delivery practices, reusable platform capabilities, and automation while managing technical teams, roadmaps, vendors, and organizational adoption. Partners with security, quality, regulatory, infrastructure, product, and engineering leadership to improve software delivery speed, reliability, compliance, and developer experience.

Leads architecture, technology strategy, and execution for FMI’s CRM and Ordering Management transformation. The role directs migration from Microsoft Dynamics 365 to Salesforce, defines transition and future-state architectures, oversees integrations, data migration, governance, security, and platform roadmaps, and establishes modern engineering practices. It also mentors engineering teams, drives DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, AI-assisted development, and reliable delivery across enterprise platforms including LIMS, billing, and medical reporting systems.
