Provides high-level executive support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting and offsite planning, board and stakeholder communications, agenda and pre-read coordination, action-item tracking, signature routing, expense reporting, compliance tracking, and workflow management. The role requires sound judgment, discretion, independent execution, AI-enabled information synthesis, and occasional travel for board meetings and company events.

Leads hands-on development of production software while owning application and service architecture. Diagnoses systemic issues across components, coordinates integration efforts, and improves reliability, performance, and incident response. Builds scalable full-stack SaaS applications using Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, Node.js, and React. Applies AI-assisted development tools, mentors engineers through influence, and makes technical decisions that balance maintainability, business needs, and client impact.

Build interactive prototypes and run rapid user experiments across the full stack, including frontend, backend, and APIs. Shape product direction through hypothesis-driven development, user curiosity, fast iteration, and evidence-based decisions. The role requires broad engineering skills, comfort with ambiguity, and effective use of AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude.
