Leads cross-functional R&D, engineering, and operations teams through complex hardware product development from concept to deployment. Owns schedules, budgets, resources, risks, design-control deliverables, stakeholder communications, and program execution. The role also supports customer engagement, government-related activities, reporting, team accountability, and continuous improvement across energy and critical-materials initiatives.
