The GRC Analyst manages third-party risk assessments, vendor due diligence, security policies, risk analysis, internal audits, and SOC 2 audit support. The role involves maintaining the GRC program, tracking findings, coordinating stakeholders, promoting security awareness, and using AI and machine learning to automate compliance processes. Candidates should have 1–2+ years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with risk methodologies, vendor assessments, policies, and compliance audits.

Manage SMB customer accounts with outstanding revenue-based financing balances. Contact customers by phone, text, and email; negotiate sustainable payment plans; recover past-due balances; explain legal collections processes; meet monthly performance targets; and document account activity and next steps in Salesforce CRM.

Prospect previously approved and partially completed financing customers through phone, SMS, and email outreach. Assess business goals, present funding options, overcome objections, create urgency, and convert leads into completed applications. Maintain high-volume outbound activity, track pipeline and outcomes in Salesforce, meet revenue and KPI targets, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve funnel performance.
