Conduct manual penetration tests and secure code reviews across web applications, APIs, AWS infrastructure, and AI systems. Re-engage previously paid-in-full small-business clients and convert them into new funding opportunities through high-volume outbound calls, SMS, and email. Manage Salesforce lead queues, maintain accurate funnel records, meet activity and revenue quotas, analyze conversion performance, and collaborate with sales, processing, underwriting, collections, and accounting teams. The role also mentors junior representatives and pilots new dialer and AI documentation technologies.

Prospect previously approved and partially completed financing customers through phone, SMS, and email outreach. Assess business goals, present funding options, overcome objections, create urgency, and convert leads into completed applications. Maintain high-volume outbound activity, track pipeline and outcomes in Salesforce, meet revenue and KPI targets, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve funnel performance.

Manage security operations and lead a security engineering team defending endpoints, SaaS, infrastructure, and corporate systems. Serve as senior Incident Commander, oversee detection and response using CrowdStrike, conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, and improve vulnerability, patch, access, and configuration management. Build detection coverage across endpoint, identity, SaaS, and cloud signals while partnering with AppSec and technical leaders. Lead the company’s AI security strategy and develop specialized security capabilities.

Design, build, and operate a low-latency online feature store and supporting batch/streaming pipelines. Optimize Postgres schemas and real-time serving for ML models, improve scalability, reliability, and observability, mentor junior engineers, and partner with data science, analytics, product, and application teams to deliver production-grade MLOps solutions.

This role is responsible for prospecting and converting financing applications, engaging with small business owners, and driving measurable sales results through lead conversion.

The Senior Analyst, Portfolio Strategy will analyze pricing and credit strategies, manage portfolio risk, and support decision-making with data insights.

Lead sales analytics and reporting to drive revenue and efficiency. Build Tableau and Salesforce dashboards, analyze pipeline health, perform ad-hoc and pilot analyses, partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams, administer compensation and CRM updates, and evaluate/implement AI-driven sales tools to optimize performance.

Lead and grow a team of analytics engineers while remaining hands-on with SQL, dbt, and Snowflake. Own roadmap and semantic layer development, build trusted, governed data products, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, champion data quality and observability, and hire and coach engineering talent to deliver scalable analytics and AI-ready foundations.

Implement, configure, and test decision engine process flows and rule changes. Execute QA, A/B tests, and historical backtesting. Validate data integrity between vendors and core apps. Gather requirements, document processes, and collaborate with Pricing, Risk, and Engineering to ensure accurate, efficient decisioning.
