Drive revenue for Flywire’s travel payments solutions through direct sales and strategic partnerships. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, generate pipeline, present value propositions, meet revenue quotas, and build new accounts across the Americas and Europe. Collaborate with product, technical, operations, and marketing teams to support solution delivery, implementation, lead generation, and market research.

Lead strategic payment initiatives from planning through production, coordinating Product, Engineering, Treasury, Finance, Network, Compliance, and Operations teams. Perform offensive security operations, including cloud, network, web application, and API penetration testing; source-code and vulnerability analysis; purple- and red-team exercises; bug bounty management; and threat-informed testing using MITRE ATT&CK. Collaborate with engineering, SRE, IT, and Blue Teams to improve detections, communicate remediation guidance, and support security fixes. The role requires at least two years of IT security and penetration-testing experience.

Leads the Americas Payment Experience team while handling complex payer inquiries across phone, chat, and email. Acts as an escalation point and payment-product expert, identifies payer experience improvements through data analysis, supports scheduling, training, quality reviews, team development, and project execution. Collaborates with regional and global stakeholders on launches, training materials, process optimization, and operational efficiency.

Leads security engineering strategy across application security, cloud security, penetration testing, security operations, and incident response. Defines roadmaps, integrates automated controls into engineering and cloud environments, approves complex IAM and Zero Trust decisions, directs offensive testing and detection engineering, and leads critical incident escalations. Mentors engineers, influences executives, supports hiring and resourcing, and aligns security controls with PCI-DSS, SOC, and DORA requirements.

Leads strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle delivery for internal HCM and enterprise systems, including Workday. Partners with executives, engineering, architecture, and vendors; defines product metrics; drives scalable platform decisions and Agile practices; and mentors product managers. The role translates complex business needs into requirements, manages cross-functional initiatives, evaluates vendor capabilities, and supports global enterprise technology investments.

Leads cross-functional security programs connecting security risk engineering with Product, Engineering, and SRE teams. Manages Security by Design, Secure-SDLC, vulnerability remediation, compliance audits, security roadmaps, governance, and AI-enabled process automation. The role requires financial services and payments expertise, cloud architecture knowledge, and proficiency with PCI-DSS, SOX, SOC 1, and SOC 2. It also provides coaching and drives secure technical enablement across globally distributed teams.

Manage an education-client portfolio, build strategic relationships, drive adoption and expansion of payment solutions, oversee implementations, renew contracts, negotiate upsells, and identify client risks and growth opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes, resolve issues, and deliver presentations to stakeholders and executives. Use data-driven account planning to support retention and revenue growth.

Oversee multi-state money transmitter licensing and regulatory reporting for the U.S. licensed entity. Manage MSB Call Reports, liability calculations, permissible investment schedules, net worth documentation, audited financial statements, license renewals, compliance audits, regulator inquiries, and regulatory change monitoring. Build reporting infrastructure, reconciliations, dashboards, policies, controls, and training programs while partnering with Finance, Treasury, Operations, and business teams.

Own revenue forecasting, budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning for payment volume, revenue, cost of sales, and gross profit. Build transaction-based and SaaS revenue models, perform variance and KPI analysis, and provide executive insights. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Investor Relations, and Analytics while leading cross-functional initiatives. Use SQL, Python, R, Looker, Excel, VBA, and financial systems to analyze data and automate reporting and modeling processes.

Serve as the first point of contact for international payers, resolving complex payment questions through phone, chat, email, and other channels. Provide personalized support, conduct proactive outreach, follow up on unresolved requests, handle escalations, and collaborate across departments. Collect and report customer feedback, identify recurring issues, assist with data trend analysis, mentor newer associates, and support training while adapting to changing processes and customer needs.
