As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive product strategy, communicate roadmaps, and lead product development cycles in various customer domains.

Own and execute core HR processes across the employee lifecycle for a fast-growing, remote-first company. Provide day-to-day employee support, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, administer benefits and payroll (bi-weekly and 401(k)), assist performance review logistics, and maintain compliance (I-9s, state registrations, leave paperwork).
