Lead software product strategy and execution: gather user feedback and conduct usability testing, write user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize backlog and roadmap, support sprint planning, collaborate with engineering/design/support, track product performance, and align stakeholders through regular updates.

Design and govern enterprise Power Platform solutions (apps, automations, BI, integrations). Lead workshops, define architecture, ensure data, security, lifecycle, CI/CD, and mentor teams to deliver scalable, maintainable Microsoft 365 solutions.

Qualify and convert inbound leads for sustainability solutions in business aviation, maintain CRM records and reporting, collaborate with marketing and program teams, perform occasional outbound sales and trade-event travel, and act as a subject-matter expert on sustainability and aviation to drive business development.
