Lead and develop the accounting team while overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Ensure U.S. GAAP-compliant financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, internal control execution, and audit support. Administer, secure, and optimize enterprise Microsoft SQL Server databases. Plan and implement changes, performance-tune queries and instances, manage HA/DR solutions, monitor availability, support incident response, and collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to maintain data integrity and scalability for mission-critical systems.

Design and govern enterprise Power Platform solutions (apps, automations, BI, integrations). Lead workshops, define architecture, ensure data, security, lifecycle, CI/CD, and mentor teams to deliver scalable, maintainable Microsoft 365 solutions.
