Operate and own real-time, petabyte-scale streaming pipelines (Pub/Sub/Kafka, Dataflow/Beam), integrate LLMs/Vertex AI enrichment, build monitoring/alerting, respond to incidents, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with Product and Analysts to improve observability and reliability.

Lead end-to-end B2B demand generation programs focused on email, automated nurturing, webinars, and virtual summits. Own strategy, execution, deliverability, segmentation, AI-driven personalization, vendor and budget management, and close partnership with BDR/sales to ensure fast lead handoff and measurable pipeline contribution. Establish reporting and playbooks to scale programs and optimize ROI.

Serve as the customer-facing advisor for Flashpoint threat-intelligence customers: manage relationships, understand use cases, troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate internally to deliver tailored solutions, drive adoption through training and reviews, and relay customer feedback to product teams to improve platform value.
