Lead global finance, HR, and legal operations across 4 entities. Own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, audits, transfer pricing, accounts payable/receivable, investor and Board reporting. Build HR policies and people processes, manage HR team and payroll coordination, and partner on performance management. Oversee commercial contract negotiations, liaise with external counsel, and manage an internal legal team to ensure compliance across jurisdictions.

Lead full enterprise sales cycle for Flagright across North America, winning complex fintech and banking deals. Build and manage pipeline, drive expansions and upsells, deliver product demos and POCs, represent the company at events, coach junior sellers, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to inform go-to-market strategy.

You will generate pipeline for the NORAM market by engaging decision-makers at fintechs and banks through cold calls and personalized outreach.
