Provide friendly, fast customer service, drive sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling, maintain stocked and organized merchandise, operate registers and handheld devices, resolve customer issues, and support store goals and team collaboration.

Lead front-end store operations and customer service by training and coaching crew to deliver the B.E.S.T. experience. Maintain front-end merchandising and equipment, perform opening/closing and basic store maintenance, support hiring and development, and act as manager-on-duty when needed. Ensure cleanliness, recovery, and customer score goals are met.
