Manages biweekly payroll in Paycom, benefits enrollments and open enrollment, employee data accuracy, I-9 records, orientations, employment changes, performance-process tracking, and HR communications. Provides responsive assistance to employees and supervisors while maintaining confidentiality, meeting deadlines, resolving routine issues, and escalating matters requiring HR judgment.
