The Manager, GTM Systems oversees the architecture, governance, and efficiency of go-to-market systems, focusing on CRM, CPQ, integrations, and data quality. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to support scalable revenue operations and optimize business processes.

Lead revenue forecasting, planning, and executive reporting across new, renewal, and expansion revenue. Manage and grow a revenue insights team while owning pre-sales analytics, forecast methodology, capacity and quota planning, and performance narratives. Build pipeline and forecast reporting, track conversion/velocity metrics, surface risks early, and apply AI to improve forecasting, anomaly detection, and automated insights.

Customer-facing technical specialist who configures and manages mobile app deployments and recurring releases using Firstup's automated build system. Owns intake, scoping, app configuration, iOS/Android submissions, certificate/provisioning lifecycle, review rejection resolution, and cross-functional coordination to deliver branded apps and quarterly updates.
