Leads technical accounting policy activities, including implementing new accounting standards, documenting adoption, preparing disclosures, developing guidance for transactions and business strategies, and reviewing financial statements for U.S. GAAP and SEC compliance. Monitors emerging accounting issues, maintains internal policies, researches accounting guidance, and communicates technical accounting impacts to management.

Manage and maintain complex global network infrastructure, including F5 BIG-IP, Cisco, and HPE Aruba platforms. Investigate and resolve network outages, performance issues, and security incidents; perform upgrades, configuration changes, monitoring, and on-call support. Lead automation initiatives using Python and Ansible, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with systems, security, and application teams. The role requires 5–7 years of experience and professional vendor certifications are preferred.

Provides commercial lending support to relationship managers and banking clients. Reviews and funds loans, manages portfolio exceptions, processes overdrafts and lines-of-credit withdrawals, coordinates loan closings, and communicates with attorneys, insurers, title companies, and other professionals. Assists with appraisals, flood determinations, UCC filings, and OFAC-related processes. Requires banking customer service experience, client specialist experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with LaserPro and loan documentation.
