Manage daily title releases and records, process outgoing mail, enter VINs, verify and organize paperwork, scan and file documents, handle title requests, provide administrative support, and handle inbound/outbound calls to dealerships and customers to resolve title-related issues.

Lead design and implementation of a post charge-off deficiency recovery program. Own legal/compliance gates (FDCPA, UDAAP, state law), vendor and outside counsel oversight, bankruptcy and SCRA management, policy and training, reporting, and audits. Approve scripts/letters, monitor escalation pipelines, remediate vendor issues, and hire/develop a team as the program scales. Serve as day-to-day legal/compliance resource for collections.

The Funding Associate verifies loan packages, communicates with dealerships, confirms client information, and assists colleagues in achieving funding targets.
