The Funding Associate verifies loan packages, communicates with dealerships, confirms client information, and assists colleagues in achieving funding targets.

Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Technology. Build and scale PMO systems, translate strategy into structured plans, drive execution, manage risks and stakeholder alignment, perform analysis to inform recommendations, and brief executives. Improve PMO cadence, templates, and rigor while leading high-visibility projects to measurable business outcomes.

The Associate Chief of Staff will support executives by managing priorities, enhancing efficiency, and driving accountability across leadership teams while also handling administrative tasks and project management.

Manage daily title releases and records, process outgoing mail, enter VINs, verify and organize paperwork, scan and file documents, handle title requests, provide administrative support, and handle inbound/outbound calls to dealerships and customers to resolve title-related issues.

Partner with executive leadership to drive enterprise strategy, build board-facing analyses, and design the company operating model. Own prioritization, planning cadences, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and cross-functional initiatives. Translate strategy into structured plans, leverage data and analytics to inform decisions, and support forecasting and scenario analysis with Finance.
