Provide real-time technical support for a SaaS digital-asset platform through Slack and other tools. Troubleshoot customer issues, manage cases, document resolutions, collaborate with senior support teams, participate in critical-incident war rooms, and identify recurring problems for process improvement. The role operates on a fixed US-Eastern schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
