The Controller will establish accounting infrastructure, manage financial reporting, oversee revenue recognition, AR, payroll accounting, and ensure compliance with GAAP while partnering with leadership.

Lead and optimize revenue cycle operations including A/R and claims management, vendor oversight, team performance, SOP design, payer compliance, audit readiness, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize collections and reduce write-offs.

As a Founding BCBA at Finni Health, you'll launch and lead your own ABA practice, oversee therapy programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families, ensuring clinical standards are met.
