Own the customer lifecycle for Americas customers, including onboarding, adoption, training, renewals, and retention. Build proactive relationships, identify expansion opportunities with Sales, coordinate issue resolution, collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering, collect customer feedback, and use success metrics to guide engagement strategies. The role is remote in the United States and requires strong technical aptitude in cybersecurity SaaS tools.

Own full enterprise sales cycle across North America, build territory strategy, generate outbound pipeline, close $200K+ ARR deals, leverage AI tools for prospecting, apply MEDDIC, collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Partners to drive long-term customer value.
