Serve as a technical advisor for strategic CNC manufacturing customers, guiding requirements, DFM/DFA, production readiness, cost optimization, mechanical assemblies, and manufacturing risk reduction. Perform CAD updates, reverse engineering, drawing and GD&T reviews, and provide assembly guidance. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Quality, and business teams while applying ISO 9001 and AS9100D knowledge. Support prototype-to-production transitions, customer technical discussions, and occasional marketing activities.

Drive enterprise sales to robotics OEMs, warehouse automation integrators, and advanced hardware companies. Build executive and engineering relationships, identify manufacturing opportunities, develop pipelines, manage Salesforce forecasts, meet sales quotas, and lead consultative solution sales. Coordinate internal teams, conduct presentations and customer meetings, attend industry events, and expand strategic accounts. The role requires extensive customer travel, exceeding 50% of time.

Own strategic enterprise accounts and drive complex, consultative sales of manufacturing solutions. Build account plans, develop multi-stakeholder opportunities, translate technical manufacturing needs into business value, coordinate cross-functional deal execution, manage negotiations and enterprise agreements, expand customer relationships, and maintain accurate pipeline forecasts. The role targets MedTech, aerospace, robotics, energy, mobility, and other industrial customers, requiring frequent travel and technical manufacturing knowledge.
