Supports pension risk transfer clients and third-party administrators throughout transaction integrations and transitions. Coordinates project plans, client meetings, deliverables, premium reconciliation, annuity exhibits, and execution activities. Collaborates with Pricing, Valuation, and Treasury, documents procedures, assists with annuitant administration, and prepares audit and regulatory examination materials. The role emphasizes client relationships, communication, organization, accuracy, process improvement, and operational execution.

Handles a high volume of inbound calls regarding life and annuity new business. Provides accurate, timely support to financial advisors, policyholders, and internal partners; researches and documents inquiries and resolutions; follows privacy regulations and company procedures; performs administrative tasks and assigned projects. Requires professional communication, organization, teamwork, risk awareness, and adaptability in a changing environment.

Designs, develops, tests, documents, and supports secure external data integrations using .NET, Azure, Informatica, Snowflake, APIs, ETL, and file-based interfaces. Leads technical delivery, performs impact analysis, supports production systems, troubleshoots defects, collaborates with business and technology stakeholders, and mentors engineers. The role owns integration architecture and solutions for insurance and financial-services partners, including DTCC and iPipeline feeds.
