Lead multi-channel trade and distribution strategy across therapeutic areas, design stocking and launch distribution plans, negotiate and manage high-value contracts, and drive analytics and KPIs (DIOH, OTIF, returns). Produce executive reports and scorecards, partner with Sales/Market Access/Finance/Offer Development, operationalize new distribution opportunities, and collaborate with 3PL/BI to optimize supply chain and contract performance. Role requires frequent travel and stakeholder influence.

The Regional Manager will lead a team to launch and promote an intradiscal therapy for lumbar disc herniation while managing sales effectiveness and developing market strategies.

Responsible for account management of high-value health systems and ASCs, driving adoption of intradiscal therapy for lumbar disc herniation, engaging with key stakeholders, and addressing reimbursement challenges.
