Supports sales associates by identifying products and solutions, preparing quotations, entering accurate sales orders, coordinating customer deliveries, answering sales calls, and resolving customer concerns. The role requires customer service, upselling, timely decision-making, CRM and phone-system use, digital literacy, and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly. Experience in sales, customer service, plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is helpful.

Supports sales associates by identifying products and solutions, preparing quotations and accurate sales orders, coordinating deliveries, answering sales calls, and resolving customer concerns. The role requires customer service, upselling, timely decision-making, CRM and phone-system proficiency, Microsoft Office literacy, and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly. The schedule is Monday through Friday with one paid-overtime Saturday per month.

Support sales associates by providing product recommendations, timely quotes, accurate sales orders, delivery coordination, and customer service via phone and CRM. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, upsell when appropriate, and learn product knowledge and processes to meet customer needs.
