Grow industrial and municipal pump and process equipment sales across the western territory. Manage customer and prospect relationships, develop business plans, recruit and coach sales representatives, influence project specifications, track projects through bidding and award, coordinate quotes and submittals, partner with manufacturers, forecast performance, and monitor market and competitor trends.

Prepare detailed industrial piping and fabrication drawings, maintain CAD/BIM standards and templates, create and update BIM/VDC models, collaborate with customers, review construction documents, and support global BIM/VDC initiatives to meet project deadlines.

Conducts risk-based operational, financial, and compliance audits across business units. Responsibilities include audit planning, risk assessment, process walkthroughs, analytical procedures, sample testing, evidence gathering, report drafting, management presentations, fraud-risk analysis, and recommending process improvements. The role is fully remote or hybrid, requires professional certification within one year, and involves 10–35% travel, including Canada.
