Partner with product and technology teams to define and prioritize backlog, write and validate user stories with acceptance criteria, test and sign off changes, conduct user training, and translate product strategy into usable system enhancements for financial management applications.

Configure, maintain, test, analyze and troubleshoot business application systems for Federal Reserve payment services. Manage customer setups, account/settlement relationships, investigate complex production issues (including cyber incidents), coordinate stakeholders, lead projects and testing, provide training and documentation, and meet SLAs for Fedwire, FedNow and related systems.

Design and develop complex software solutions for the FedNow service, leveraging cloud technologies, Java, and Agile methodologies, ensuring high-quality and timely infrastructure support.
