Translate complex workflow automation capabilities into compelling narratives for enterprise buyers in insurance and wealth management. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to develop marketing assets, inform roadmap priorities, strengthen differentiation, and accelerate adoption.

Generate outbound pipeline through account research, prospecting, email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach. Qualify prospects, conduct discovery conversations, hold meetings and tailored demos, and communicate Feathery’s value proposition. Build outbound playbooks, experiment with messaging and channels, collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and leadership, and provide customer insights to improve positioning and product development.

Lead full-cycle enterprise sales into insurance carriers: source and qualify opportunities, run discovery and tailored demos, navigate multi-stakeholder deals, close $100K–$1M+ ARR contracts, build outbound pipeline, attend industry events, and partner cross-functionally to shape product and go-to-market strategy.
