Provides on-site behavioral health services to shelter guests experiencing homelessness. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, risk assessments, safety planning, clinical evaluations, individual support, treatment planning, referrals, care coordination, benefits navigation, disability documentation, and compliant clinical recordkeeping. The clinician collaborates with hospitals, outpatient providers, DMH, detox programs, and other partners while supporting staff with complex situations and continuity of care.

Support shelter residents and maintain safe, welcoming facilities during assigned shifts. Responsibilities include conducting intakes, enforcing site rules, responding to emergencies, providing supportive engagement and crisis intervention, monitoring cameras and site entry, documenting activities, protecting resident privacy, completing inspections, and communicating concerns to appropriate personnel. The role requires collaboration, professional boundaries, and participation in training and team meetings.

Provides community-based housing case management for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Responsibilities include outreach, assessments, participant-centered service planning, housing placement, home visits, crisis intervention, service coordination, record maintenance, referrals, transportation, and collaboration with landlords, agencies, shelters, and community partners. The role uses a housing-first approach to help participants obtain and sustain housing, increase self-sufficiency, and access essential services.
