Lead end-to-end technical programs for AI safety research and infrastructure: scope plans, prioritize across teams, build compute/resource roadmaps, enable technology transfer, and coordinate internal stakeholders to accelerate research delivery.

Build and run FAR.AI’s legal function: draft and negotiate contracts, ensure contractual and statutory compliance, develop internal policies and governance, manage employment and data privacy issues, steward IP, support multi-jurisdictional compliance, and engage external counsel for complex matters.

Lead and build FAR.AI's People function to scale headcount from ~40 to 75+. Own HRIS, payroll, ATS, talent acquisition, performance systems, compensation, compliance across geographies, culture, and employee experience. Serve as strategic partner to leadership, resolve people issues, and hire and develop the People team.

Coordinate end-to-end recruiting operations including job postings, Ashby setup and automations, interview and assessment scheduling, work-trial contracting and logistics, and onsite coordination. Manage new-hire onboarding logistics (equipment, Slack channels, schedules), maintain templates and documentation, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth candidate and employee experience.

Lead content and strategy for a 12+ event annual portfolio: design agendas, curate speakers and attendees, own pre-event framing and speaker engagement, produce written outputs, steward post-event continuity and community building, manage stakeholder relationships across AI safety, and collaborate with internal teams to translate event visions into participant-facing programs and systems.

Lead end-to-end project planning and delivery for multiple concurrent events, managing logistics, vendors, budgets, on-site execution, and post-event wrap. Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, enable junior PMs, build delivery systems, surface risks, and make real-time resourcing decisions. Travel up to 40%.
