Own day-to-day corporate IT operations, including access provisioning and deprovisioning, Google Workspace administration, device procurement and lifecycle management, asset inventory, and Tier 1 support. Manage MSP performance through SLA scorecards covering tickets, patching, endpoint security, and onboarding. Support SSO, password management, MDM/BYOD compliance, security tooling, and regulated-environment requirements while improving onboarding and offboarding processes.

Own the day-to-day security and compliance program for a HIPAA-regulated AI healthcare platform. Responsibilities include managing risk assessments, penetration-test remediation, vendor and BAA reviews, policies, device compliance, incident response, access-management initiatives, compliance automation, AI security guardrails, and board reporting. The role partners with the CPO, contractor CISO, IT administrator, and MSP while building readiness for SOC 2 or HITRUST certification.

Owns full-cycle accounting, monthly close, financial reporting, tax compliance, internal controls, audits, and multi-state regulatory obligations. Partners with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management while supporting healthcare revenue accounting. Builds scalable accounting infrastructure, evaluates financial systems, and leads or mentors accounting staff and outsourced resources in a remote, venture-backed startup environment.
