Build trusted relationships with financial-industry data and technology leaders, provide tailored FactSet data solutions, drive adoption of APIs, datafeeds, and cloud services, lead product trainings and business reviews, gather client feedback, and advocate for customer needs. The role includes a six-month foundational training program and requires strong finance or FinTech interest, communication, analytical, relationship-building, and technology-learning skills.

Plans and executes risk-based IT audits covering ITGCs, application controls, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and technology risks. Reviews workpapers, evaluates control effectiveness, supports business process audits and SOX compliance, communicates findings, and oversees remediation. Leads and develops audit team members, manages resources, partners with IT, Finance, business stakeholders, and external auditors, and improves audit methodologies through analytics, automation, and continuous monitoring.

Lead hands-on design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Conga CLM. Own complex implementations, integrations, data architecture, security, automation, and performance. Establish engineering standards, conduct design and code reviews, mentor engineers, reduce technical debt, and improve platform reliability and data quality while partnering with business, operations, consulting, and globally distributed engineering teams.
