Senior leader reporting to the CTO who establishes governance, PMO, and operating rhythms to translate technology strategy into measurable outcomes. Owns investment rigor, cross-portfolio orchestration, end-to-end transformation delivery (including AI and automation readiness), execution visibility, and change management.
