Own the strategy, redesign, performance, and ongoing optimization of Facet’s website and landing pages. Lead CRO, A/B testing, personalization, SEO/AEO/GEO, e-commerce strategy, analytics, accessibility, and web platform standards. Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Compliance, and external agencies to build measurable digital experiences that generate qualified pipeline and revenue. Lead cross-functional initiatives and potentially build a high-performing digital team.

Supports senior financial planners by onboarding members, analyzing financial data and tax returns, identifying planning opportunities, developing strategies, and translating goals into actionable steps. Provides member support during planner absences and participates in cross-functional rotations across member experience and investment operations. The role includes intensive mentorship and training in financial planning, communication, and behavioral guidance.

Own the strategy and execution of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Manage keywords, bidding, budgets, conversion tracking, attribution, testing, reporting, and traffic-quality controls. Partner with marketing and analytics teams to improve qualified lead and membership acquisition, while mentoring teammates and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
