Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple banking and financial services projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality. Act as primary liaison among business, technology, vendors, and regulators. Drive Agile delivery, governance, stakeholder communication, compliance, and continuous improvement to meet strategic objectives.
