Supports insurance claim subrogation by reviewing files, analyzing liability and damages, identifying recovery opportunities, negotiating settlements, pursuing arbitration, and referring cases to collection agencies or attorneys. The role also involves high-volume inbound and outbound calls, claim documentation, data validation, error resolution, and adherence to processing guidelines.

Leads clinical and coding training strategy, trainer development, operational readiness, and learner outcomes. Manages and coaches training staff, sets performance expectations, assesses capability gaps, develops scalable onboarding and development programs, monitors effectiveness through metrics and feedback, and partners with Operations, Quality, Clinical, Coding, and leadership teams. The role also oversees training resources, reporting, trainee progression, workshops, and continuous improvement.

Analyze medical claims (inpatient, outpatient, SNF, rehab, professional, DME) to identify utilization and root causes. Pull/integrate data, perform QA, present findings, maintain attribution methodology, coordinate stakeholders, and develop tools. Primary coding: Hive, SQL, Python.
