The role also supports go-to-market initiatives, executive presentations, business planning, technology strategy, and mentoring.

Supports telecom sales through technical presentations, software demonstrations, product trials, proofs of concept, RFP responses, solution proposals, and customer test plans. Troubleshoots integrations, develops automation solutions, advises product management on customer needs, and provides competitive intelligence and technical content. Requires telecom or optical expertise, cloud and API knowledge, strong communication skills, and approximately 50% travel.

Manage regional customer engagement and key account sales plans for communications test equipment across NEMs, photonics manufacturers, webscale labs, and universities. Lead technical evaluations, commercial negotiations, customer demonstrations, trade show support, CRM maintenance, sales forecasting, and account growth strategies. Apply expertise in advanced optics, optical probing, high-speed transmission testing, photonics, and optical component technologies to position EXFO solutions and build executive-level customer relationships.

Manages regional customer engagement and key account sales plans for communications, photonics, optical component, webscale lab, and university research customers. Leads technical evaluations, commercial negotiations, demonstrations, trade show support, CRM maintenance, forecasting, and customer relationships. Requires expertise in advanced optics, photonics, optical probing, high-speed transmission testing, and communications test equipment, along with strong presentation, negotiation, and value-selling skills.

Drive sales of EXFO fiber-optic, Ethernet, network validation, monitoring, and test-data solutions to infrastructure accounts. Prospect, qualify, and manage complex sales cycles; run technical demos, RFP responses, and proof-of-value activities; build cross-functional customer relationships; and support trade shows and customer training.

Support sales of EXFO testing equipment to network service providers by performing demos, trade show presence, customer evaluations, and trainings; develop test plans and RFP responses; act as product-customer interface and provide competitive intelligence. Requires telecom/fiber-optic and protocol knowledge and frequent travel.

Individual contributor sales role driving adoption of EXFO high-speed Ethernet (100GE+) testing solutions across data center, hyperscale, AI infrastructure and enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include field demos, managing lab evaluations, pipeline generation and CRM-driven forecasting, customer training and technical liaison with product teams to influence roadmap and resolve networking test issues.

Support sales and account teams by promoting and demonstrating fiber-optic and protocol testing equipment to service providers. Manage demos, field evaluations, customer training, RFP responses, and customer test methodologies. Interface with product management for feature feedback and competitive intelligence. Frequent travel required.
