Coordinates the OnePlan Wave 2 transformation program by tracking milestones, risks, actions, and deliverables; organizing workshops; documenting requirements and decisions; facilitating stakeholder collaboration; preparing project reports; and supporting testing, training, and deployment. The role uses Microsoft 365 and project portfolio management tools to improve planning, communication, and adoption across cross-functional teams.
