Leads enterprise solution architecture for utility metering and IT systems. Translates business needs into scalable, secure, cost-effective technical designs; evaluates current systems; develops roadmaps; coordinates architects, engineers, development teams, and stakeholders; and guides implementation. The role requires utility metering expertise, SAP and Azure knowledge, Agile and Waterfall experience, strong communication, and at least 10 years of relevant IT or architecture experience. It includes hybrid office work, regional travel, and emergency restoration assignments.

Support planning, scheduling, cost and resource management for transmission, maintenance, and distribution projects. Maintain baselines, analyze forecasts, identify resource constraints, communicate schedule changes, and assist project managers in implementing solutions. Use project controls tools and collaborate with stakeholders to meet cost and schedule objectives.

Designs and revises complex electrical drawings for substation engineering projects, performs field verification, applies utility construction standards, manages drafting workflows, and guides other drafting personnel. The role requires CAD proficiency, attention to detail, an associate degree in drafting or a related discipline, and the ability to work in office and field environments.
