Leads early-stage development of strategic transmission and substation projects under Massachusetts’ Electric Sector Modernization Plan. Coordinates cross-functional teams across engineering, planning, siting, real estate, regulatory, procurement, legal, environmental, and community engagement functions. Develops schedules, budgets, policies, metrics, and project strategies; facilitates stakeholder alignment; supports regulatory and public meetings; tracks program progress; and transitions projects to project management. The role requires hybrid office work and emergency restoration availability.

Develop and manage occupational safety and health programs across utility field operations, plants, and offices. Ensure OSHA, DOT, and state regulatory compliance; assess program effectiveness; analyze safety data; coordinate vendors and resources; advise management; and support emergency storm restoration assignments, including safety leadership within the ICS structure. The role also facilitates training, program implementation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional safety initiatives.

Leads planning and scheduling for complex electric transmission infrastructure projects across their full life cycle. Manages Primavera-based scheduling processes, schedule analytics, risk identification, forecasting, change control, cost tracking, KPIs, reporting, and integrated schedules. Oversees planners, schedulers, and analysts, including work allocation, quality control, training, coaching, and performance management. Collaborates with engineering, operations, procurement, construction vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain project controls and improve processes.
