Lead technical and operational aspects of commercial and industrial demand response: coordinate events and scheduling, manage DERMS vendors, develop ConnectedSolutions pilots, promote programs to customers, train stakeholders, represent Eversource at industry events, and collaborate cross-functionally to advance demand response and energy efficiency initiatives.

Supervise and coordinate regional customer billing, accounting, credit and collection activities. Implement billing policies, oversee daily reports and exception processing, resolve complex billing issues, coordinate with departments, administer testing for CSS changes, manage personnel systems, and provide on-call emergency support.

Lead Massachusetts distribution regulatory strategy and a team to secure revenue recovery and fair rates. Oversee financial analyses, tracker and base rate filings, testimony, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory impact interpretation. Drive consensus, guide ratemaking technical issues, coordinate regulatory processes, and support accounting and financial planning. Manage staff and represent the company before regulators and external parties.
