Leads the architecture, development, and production operation of complex data pipelines and platforms. Resolves scalability, data quality, reliability, and architectural challenges; evaluates data technologies; mentors engineers; establishes engineering standards; partners with product, analytics, and operations teams; communicates technical trade-offs; and conducts proofs of concept to guide platform strategy.

Leads Everfi’s Product Data function, setting strategy across data product management, product analytics, reporting, research, AI-generated insights, and governance. Builds and manages a multidisciplinary team, owns the data roadmap, drives cross-functional delivery, establishes data quality and privacy standards, and promotes evidence-based product decision-making across the organization.
