Own and improve sales compensation operations (Xactly), territory management, Salesforce governance, commission calculations, and SPIF/new-hire setups. Leverage AI, Snowflake, and BI tools to automate processes, deliver proactive seller insights, support forecasting, and partner with HR, Finance, and Sales leadership for planning and executive reporting.

Lead RedSkys Go-to-Market organization by aligning Sales, Account Management, Customer Operations, Sales Engineering, and Marketing. Own GTM strategy, drive revenue growth and retention, set priorities and metrics, partner with Channel and Product teams, champion AI and automation use, manage executive escalations, and develop leadership and operational excellence across customer lifecycle.
