Advises startup and private-equity-backed organizations, supports mergers and acquisitions due diligence, and manages changing client priorities while ensuring compliant and effective PeopleOps practices.

Contract Talent Sourcer responsible for sourcing and submitting qualified candidates for placements. Use LinkedIn, job boards, boolean search and personal networks, conduct light screens when requested, document structured screening notes, and communicate candidate availability and compensation. No client management or reporting; paid commission (50% of placement fee).
